Trap shooting is all about consistent repetition.  A station barrel rest helps to relieve arm fatigue by resting the weight of the gun on the pad and also helps you maintain a consistent rhythm between shots.

The rests are made using 3/8" thick fine quality 7-ply wood.  They are light weight and have a strong rare earth magnet that will  hold securely when you are ready to change stations.  The rest is small enough to fit into your back or shirt pocket easily.

(Note: If you are using a stainless steel type choke tube, the rest magnet may not hold securely.)
